Founded by a fourth-generation carpenter, Rycraft Construction, delivers successful projects with a team of experienced and accomplished carpenters, apprentices and skilled labourers who all take pride in executing a quality project. Rycraft has the skilled carpenters to execute: 

• Rough and finish carpentry including millwork installation  

• Structural framing and shaft wall systems  

• RCMP-standard secure rooms and ballistic wall systems  

• Precision steel stud framing for complex lighting, ceiling features, and acoustic elements  

• All forms of drywall for interior fit up including Level 5 taping 

• Panelized wood systems for accelerated construction timelines  

• Roof truss installation and framing for complex roof designs  

Throughout the build process, their skill and experience help identify and solve build issues and problems promptly ensuring a successful build and project completion on schedule. 

Our site foremen have the experience and commitment to all forms of project management including pull planning and optimal workflow collaboration with all other trades. 

Rycraft takes pride in developing talent. We are committed to the apprenticeship program, and we always have apprentices on our team. As an apprentice, you can count on management to help you navigate through the apprenticeship program and to be able to work with experienced carpenters that will tarin you working on interesting projects with a variety of skill development opportunities.  

Work site safety training and execution is a top priority at Rycraft. Supported by a well-documented, and annually updated, safety policy, Rycraft pays for all training fees and time for employees to maintain annual training requirements, and for all PPE expenses.
